Creating your account
To create your Free Gem account just head over to the CBC Gem website and select the Create an Account option on the top right corner of the screen.
You can also create an account from most of the devices the Gem app is supported on.

If using our apps for LG TV, Samsung TV, Fire TV, or Xbox, you will need to create an account on our website, or through one of the apps mentioned above (iPhone, Apple TV, Android mobile...).
We do not accept payment information via phone, email, or through our help centre.
All transactions need to be processed through the CBC Gem app or website.
