Logging in to the Gem app for mobile devices
The CBC Gem mobile app is supported on touchscreen Android phones and tablets running Android 7 or later, as well as on iPhones and iPads running iOS or iPadOS 16 or later.
The following instructions will help guide you through the process of logging in to CBC Gem.
Locate and select the My Gem button on the top right corner of the screen.
Next, select the Sign In button.
From this screen, you have the option of signing in using the email address associated with your Gem account (Sign in with CBC), or by selecting one of two social login options (Apple, or Google).
Sign in with Email
Select Sign in with CBC to log in using the email address associated with your Gem account.
Next, enter your Gem credentials into the provided Email and Password fields.
When done, select Sign in.
Once your password has been accepted, you will be logged into CBC Gem.

Sign in with Apple or Google
You have the option of signing into Gem using Apple, or Google authentication.
Signing in using either of these providers offers you the ability to it with your Gem account.
Please be aware when signing in using this method as changing any profile options during the process could result in your creating a new CBC Gem account. Try to avoid changing names or email addresses when using this option.
