Fire TV: Gem Update Issues
If you're a Fire TV user being asked to update the Gem app on your device, you may encounter an error when trying to run the update.
To fix this issue, please power off your device (physically unplug the power cable for about 30 seconds). Once it is powered back on you will be able to run the update without any issues.
