Why this happens
This issue occurs when the CBC News App is not updated to the latest version.
How to fix it
Please update the app to the latest version (6.13) by following the steps below:
Open the App Store.
Tap your profile icon (or photo) at the top right of the screen.
Scroll down to find CBC News.
Tap Update.
