If you find that a particular television show is not airing on CBC when it typically appears, it may be due to a scheduling change to accommodate live content (an awards program or the Olympics) or special programming such as breaking news, national and provincial elections, and holiday programming in December, to name a few exceptions. Please check your television's on-air guide for changes to the schedules.
There may occasionally be exceptional circumstances that occur, such as a technical glitch that could interrupt a particular broadcast. Rest assured that staff work to resolve such issues as quickly as possible.
