How can I watch Hockey Night in Canada on the app?
Watch live by selecting Video on the bottom navigation menu. When the game is streaming live, it will have a yellow rectangle around the word "Live" above it.
You can also watch Hockey Night in Canada on cbcsports.ca and on CBC Gem.
Can I watch sports on the app from outside Canada?
Due to rights and licensing agreements some sports content, including NHL hockey, is not available outside of Canada. Please see here for more information about programming available outside of Canada.
How do I turn on/off alerts?
On Apple devices, go to the Settings icon in the top-left hand corner of the app. Under Notifications, select Manage my alerts and select the alerts (topics and sports) that interest you.
On Android devices, navigate to the Menu icon in the top-left hand corner of the app. Under Manage My Alerts, select the alerts (topics and sports) of interest.
How do I change which sports are displayed in My Feed?
You can customize to add/remove sports from the My Feed section by selecting the settings menu in the top left corner of the app. Scroll down in the menu until you see "Manage my Feed." Select that and you will find a list with checkmarks beside the sports you have selected.
How do I save an article to read later?
When viewing a story in the lineup, tap the bookmark icon to save an article to read later. Please note that the bookmark icon only appears in the lineup when not in Compact Layout, which can be toggled from the settings menu.
If you’re reading a story and would like to return to it later, tap the bookmark icon in the top right corner.
You can find your saved articles in the settings menu, found in the top left corner. Select the menu/settings icon and then scroll down until you see "My Saved Articles." Users can read stories here at any time, even without an online connection.
What iOS versions are supported?
The minimum OS version supported for Apple devices is iOS 12. This means that the following Apple devices can continue to use their current version of the app, but they will no longer be eligible for future updates.

What Android versions are supported?
The minimum OS version supported for Android devices is Lollipop (OS version 5).
This means that Android devices that are on Kitkat (OS version 4.4) can continue to use their current version of the app, but they will no longer be eligible for future updates.
